Oof... I finally finished this. I am experimenting with different brushes and textures this time. ^^ I am also trying to get my rocks look more "rockier"... still need practice.

Also painting lava. :D Lava and fire is so much fun to draw!

looks very amazing with detail... I dunno, the volcano mountain is very smooth... maybe if it was a bit more bumpier, it could been a other interesting looks, but it could be hidden in the dark colors there. so i dunno, but very amazing dragon and background.

Being a pyromaniac, I instantly love this... I don't know how anyone could ever mistake your work for someone else's. I mean, influences are definitely there but I have to actually think about it before I can pick out a little bit of whoever. It's just so incredibly you.

I'm faving this... I haven't faved anything in a while.

There's no clear focus in this picture because everything is competing with one another. I think part of the problem is that the tone of your colors in the foreground are the same as the tone of the colors in the background which makes it hard to distinguish between the two. Try fading out the colors of the background to create depth. I would also tone down the lava in the rocks around the dragon to bring more focus to it.

Remember...sometimes less is more. :)

I could never use such bright colors than you do, really. I'm too "shy" for them :XD: Great work here. Powerfull and strong atmopshere and the dragon was done so nicely!
